Billing basics

Pricing, credits, and pay-as-you-go.

The details behind the plan table: what each paid seat includes, how workspace allowances are shared, and what happens when included credits run out.

Plan prices are per user, per month, with monthly or annual billing. Each paid seat contributes the monthly credit allowance shown for its plan to one shared workspace pool. For example, six Pro seats provide 600 shared credits per month. Free-plan credits belong to the individual user and are not pooled.

One credit covers one AI summary or one Understand query. Some Automate actions use credits based on what they do.

When a paid workspace uses its included credits, it can add more credits on demand and continue credit-based AI usage. Those extra credits are billed in addition to the seat subscription and are added to the same shared workspace pool. Pay-as-you-go is not available on the Free plan.

No. Pay-as-you-go applies to credit-based AI usage. Meeting volume and stored-minute allowances remain exactly as listed for the selected plan.

Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Additional credits can be added on demand when the workspace needs them.
